Protecting your Mac with MacKeeper Antivirus
Watch tutorial on MacKeeper Antivirus
You may be surprised, but even Macs need antiviruses. Mac OS X includes built-in protection from online threats, but still it is not enough.
To use MacKeeper Antivirus, you should install it at first. It can be performed from the Status page (you will see the Recommended Action: Install alert) and from the Antivirus tab.
Important
You will not be able to install MacKeeper Antivirus if you already have another antivirus with real-time protection. All additional MacKeeper Antivirus files will require 150Mb of free space.

To open Antivirus, click its name on the navigation bar. The Antivirus page is divided into five sections: Status, Scan, Update, Schedule, and Quarantine.
