Using Cache Cleaner
Cache Cleaner scans your hard drive for system and user cache files that waste your disk space. You can navigate to Cache Cleaner by expanding Fast Cleanup on the navigation bar and clicking Cache Cleaner, or by clicking View Result near Cache Cleaner in Fast Cleanup.

To scan your hard drive for useless cache files, in Cache Cleaner click Rescan. As a result a list of cache files will appear, divided into system and user caches, and with the size specified. All of them are checked by default, but you can uncheck those you are not going to remove using the checkboxes or the Check/Uncheck buttons. You can also preview the file info using the Quick Look button and search for specific applications using the Filter field. To delete the useless cache files, click Remove.
